3. Make sure we can access your home

Hide a key in a safe location
Inform reception/concierge
Please send instructions ahead of time if possible.
4. Clear the sink (for kitchen cleaning)
A quick rinse and empty sink helps us:
Clean the basin thoroughly
Sanitise the tap area
Wipe countertops without moving dishes around
5. Remove items from the floor (if possible)
This makes vacuuming and mopping faster and more thorough.
6. Provide fresh linens if you want beds changed
Leave them on the bed or in an obvious place.
