To help us clean efficiently, please tidy away:

  • Dishes

  • Personal items on countertops

We don’t expect perfection — just enough space for us to clean properly.

2. Secure valuable or delicate items

For peace of mind:

  • Put away jewellery, cash, or breakable items

  • Let us know if anything needs special care

3. Make sure we can access your home

Choose one:

  • Be home to let us in

  • Provide a door code

  • Hide a key in a safe location

  • Inform reception/concierge

Please send instructions ahead of time if possible.

4. Clear the sink (for kitchen cleaning)

A quick rinse and empty sink helps us:

  • Clean the basin thoroughly

  • Sanitise the tap area

  • Wipe countertops without moving dishes around

5. Remove items from the floor (if possible)

This makes vacuuming and mopping faster and more thorough.

6. Provide fresh linens if you want beds changed

Leave them on the bed or in an obvious place.

7. Let us know about any pets

We love pets! Just tell us:

  • Pet names

  • Any rooms they should avoid

  • Whether they’re friendly or need to be secured

8. Tell us your priorities

If there’s anything special you want us to focus on (or avoid), just message us beforehand.
